Customer Service Coordinator (CSC)

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. To be successful in this role; - He/She must be able to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. - He/She must be able to achieve high On-Time-In-Full(OTIF) delivery performance for both local and export customers. - He/She must maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through constant communication and quick resolutions of issues, if and when they arise. - He/She should be able to support efficient coordination between Customer Service, Production, Warehousing and Logistics.
