## Title: Customer Satisfaction Agent & Sales Support

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Satisfaction Agent & Sales Support specialist. In this role, you will be the backbone of our customer experience, providing comprehensive support to safari travelers and managing critical operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 24/7 emergency support to customers during their safari travel
  • Manage bookings and verify payments for on-ground operations
  • Resolve safari-related complaints through collaboration with reservations and transport departments
  • Follow established procedures for issue resolution and meet with customers to address major issues
  • Process customer refunds as approved and directed

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or similar relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales support role
  • Excellent knowledge of the tourism industry and current trends
  • Strong knowledge of major safari destinations in Kenya
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Fluency in French or Spanish (required)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
