About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead operations and drive business growth as Country Manager based in Nairobi, Kenya.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop country-specific business plans, set objectives, and implement global strategies locally
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and logistics, ensuring smooth functioning
• Manage budgets, P&L, debt recovery, and resource allocation to achieve financial targets
• Recruit, train, motivate, and manage local staff; foster a strong company culture and ensure succession planning
• Build strong relationships with local clients, partners, government bodies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and internal company policies
• Provide regular updates and performance reports to regional and global leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4-10 years of leadership experience in management, business development, sales, or project management, ideally in fast-moving consumer products
• Deep understanding of the local market, regulations, culture, and business environment
