About the Role

Bank of Africa Kenya Limited is seeking a qualified Corporate Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients while driving growth and profitability across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with corporate clients
• Ensure customer acquisition, retention, and income generation
• Steer growth in assets, liabilities, trade finance, and cash management products
• Maintain and develop high-value corporate portfolios to ensure profitability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 5 years of general banking experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA qualification
• Experience in relationship management within manufacturing, construction, trade, or real estate sectors
