About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to visit and provide technical advice and services to contract farmers and their staff on broiler management, ensuring achievement of organizational standards and desired results.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit contract farmers to provide technical advice and support on broiler management
• Inform farmers on placements and cropping schedules
• Conduct pre-placement and weekly visits to contract farming operations
• Organize and facilitate training sessions for farmers and their staff
• Plan placement and kill schedules
• Prepare and submit detailed performance reports from the field
• Perform other duties as reasonably assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Animal Science, Animal Production, or Animal Health
• Valid driving license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Minimum 2 years work experience in farm management or technical support role within the poultry industry
