About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Communication Assistant focused on video production and photography.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit short videos for social media, company website, and internal communication
• Capture and edit high-quality photos of projects, people, and events
• Write and publish engaging content including captions, articles, blog posts, and updates for the website and social platforms
• Collaborate with the communications team on storytelling, content calendars, and campaigns
• Manage visual content library by organizing, tagging, and archiving assets
• Support live event coverage and produce quick turnaround clips for social media
• Ensure brand consistency, tone, and quality across all visual and written materials
• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and sound equipment

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Media, Journalism, Film, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in video production, photography, and digital content creation
• Proficiency in media tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and spoken English
