Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual consultations and assessments. - Provide diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions. - Manage and follow up on patient care and medication plans. - Educate and counsel patients on health and prevention. - Collaborate with healthcare teams, make referrals, and maintain accurate, confidential EMRs. Qualifications: - Diploma/ degree in Clinical Medicine - Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience. Previous telemedicine experience is an advantage. - Valid practicing license from the Clinical Officers Council. - Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic medical records(EMR) Check how your CV aligns with this job
