Client Relationship Officer at Scion Hospital

Position Overview

Scion Hospital is seeking a highly professional and results-driven Client Relationship Officer to strengthen and grow our Hospital. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with doctors, healthcare institutions, and emergency service providers to drive brand growth, service utilization, and revenue while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage referral networks to drive brand growth
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers
• Market and promote hospital services to key stakeholders
• Generate referral growth and drive revenue generation
• Ensure excellent referral experience and maintain service quality standards
• Monitor performance and prepare comprehensive reports
• Represent the hospital brand professionally and ethically

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
• Proven experience working directly with doctors, hospitals, clinics, or medical specialists
• Healthcare marketing experience required; background in biomedical or clinical environments is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of healthcare referral systems and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong reporting, analytical, and presentation abilities
