Clerks of Works

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Requirements: - Diploma or certificate in Building Construction or civil Engineering and/or NCA Accreditation (Construction Supervisor) - Minimum of 5 years’ site experience - Must have strong steel construction and site supervision skills, including reading drawings, controlling quality, and coordinating on site.     Key Responsibilities:   - Identify, report, and follow upon construction defects and delays - Inspect work and materials to ensure quality and report issues - Ensure Compliance with Health Safety and Environment regulation - Coordinate with Stakeholders to communicate site progress and issues - Maintain detailed site records and inspection reports - Check that materials meet approved standards before use. - Identify and report construction defects or delays and follow up on corrective work To Apply: Applicants who meet the requirements stated above should send their application letter, Expected salary and detailed CVs with a day– time Telephone number to the email address: [voir contact] with Clerks of Works   on the Subject line.
