JOB DESCRIPTION
- To maintain adequate stocks.
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- To order supplies and keep records and accounts.
- To cook meals in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served.
- To ensure food is correctly stored.
- To ensure the kitchen is prepared for service and work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
REQUIREMENTS
- certificate in catering and food production or its equivalent
- valid certificate of medical examination
