## Title: Catering and Sanitation Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Cleaning Oversight
- Supervise cleaning teams and ensure all school spaces meet required hygiene standards
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules not handled by the outsourced company
- Manage internal cleaning inventory and ensure proper usage
- Conduct routine inspections for compliance
Catering & Kitchen Management
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure timely, hygienic meal preparation
- Monitor food quality, storage, and portion control
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain kitchen inventory and support procurement planning
Staff Coordination
- Train, guide, and supervise kitchen and cleaning staff
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor attendance
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and discipline
Health, Safety & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Support hygiene and sanitation awareness initiatives
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and operations
- Prepare periodic reports on housekeeping and catering performance
- Support school events requiring catering or venue setup
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Housekeeping, Catering, Hospitality, or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a school, hotel, or institutional kitchen/housekeeping role
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Excellent supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
