Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a category lead in Household and Electronics products in a retail environment
• Strong supplier management capabilities and established social capital within the industry
• Commercial acumen and technical proficiency
• Strong analytical skills and abstract reasoning abilities
• Proven people management experience
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a business-related course from a recognized institution
• Practical knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Google Data Analytics, Excel, or similar platforms
• Certification in negotiation or related course (advantageous)
