## Title: Business Development & Partnerships Officer

Key Accountability & Deliverables

  • Secure and maintain KES 500,000 in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by the end of Quarter 1 and scale it thereafter by landing foundational client retainers and projects
  • Achieve and sustain the critical revenue target to fund operations
  • Secure the first 3-5 signature commercial engagements that form the revenue base
  • Establish foundational partnerships for local delivery and credibility

What We're Looking For

  • Legal background (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in business development for professional services, preferably in legal, environmental, or advisory sectors
  • Demonstrated knowledge of African and international sustainability, ESG, and conservation markets
  • At least four years of experience with BD systems and tools (CRM, client satisfaction frameworks, performance dashboards)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and training skills
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution
