Position Overview

You will be responsible for managing business development in a designated territory, acquiring new clients, maintaining existing relationships, developing new loan products, ensuring prompt loan repayment, and designing and implementing control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and risk management operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new loan products with weekly targets
• Build sound relationships with company business partners, vendors, and customers
• Create new business opportunities
• Conduct loan assessments, appraisals, and approvals
• Develop and implement effective marketing plans
• Ensure prompt loan repayment and recoveries
• Review and update loan files
• Design and implement control measures and monitoring plans for compliance and risk management
