We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in labour outsourcing and local employment - Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, employers, and partners - Drive sales growth through strategic prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures - Conduct market research to identify emerging employment and workforce trends - Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for clients and management - Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery excellence Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field - Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development with exposure to labour outsourcing or workforce solutions - Proven track record in generating leads, closing deals, and growing client portfolios - Strong market intelligence, strategic planning, and analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Positive, professional, and empathetic approach to relationship building Check how your CV aligns with this job
