## Title: Business Development Consultant - Nairobi

Role Objective

A medium-sized law firm in Nairobi is seeking a Business Development Consultant to support their growth initiatives and help scale their business development efforts.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop customized growth strategies, strategic plans, and business plans
  • Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for expansion
  • Explore market expansion into new territories, markets, and demographics
  • Evaluate product or service diversification opportunities
  • Identify and develop new customer segments
  • Improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
  • Enhance marketing and sales strategies
  • Analyze patterns and make data-driven recommendations for growth
  • Provide continuous support and guidance throughout the implementation process, including monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and making necessary adjustments
  • Establish and monitor business metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Regularly review KPI performance and provide updates, making adjustments to the plan as needed to achieve optimal results

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, or related field from a recognized university
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
