About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for motivated and detail-oriented talent. We're seeking a Business Analyst / Test Manager to play a dual role on two strategic projects: Payment Solutions (EM-Tech Integration) and Digital Loan Origination. You'll be responsible for leading the requirements lifecycle and ensuring the quality and integrity of our new platforms. This is a critical position that requires a hands-on approach to both business analysis and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Lead discovery sessions to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements for payment and loan origination platforms
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Develop and implement a comprehensive UAT strategy, including preparing test plans, creating detailed test scripts, and coordinating UAT with business stakeholders
- Defect Management: Actively manage the defect resolution process, from logging and tracking issues to collaborating with development teams to ensure timely fixes
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, process flows, and system specifications
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager, developers, and business units to ensure requirements are well-defined and understood
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Expertise in preparing UAT strategies and developing test scripts
- Experience in defect management and using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills
- Experience in the financial services or FinTech industry is a strong advantage
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, Business Administration, or a related business field
- At least one Business Analyst certification
