About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee branch operations across multiple retail outlets in Nairobi and Naivasha. The successful candidate will ensure smooth store performance, sales target achievement, and effective team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support branch staff across sales, beauty, and cyber teams
• Monitor daily sales, stock levels, and cash handling procedures
• Ensure adherence to customer service and operational standards
• Coordinate between branches and the head office
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve business goals

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail, or related field
• At least 2 years' supervisory experience in retail, beauty, or cyber services
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle branch operations effectively
