A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Role Purpose - To provide professional beauty services and skincare consultations while promoting pharmacy-approved cosmetic and dermatological products, and supporting efficient procurement and inventory control processes in line with company standards and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver professional beauty services in accordance with approved hygiene and safety protocols. - Conduct skincare assessments and recommend appropriate cosmetic and dermatological products. - Drive retail sales to meet and exceed assigned branch targets. Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and ensure accurate inventory records. - Uphold corporate image, customer service excellence, and professional conduct at all times. Minimum Qualifications & Experience - Certificate or Diploma in any field from a recognized institution. - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a structured beauty, clinic, or retail environment. - Demonstrated experience in retail sales and achievement of targets. - Experience in procurement, stock control, or inventory management within a retail setup will be an added advantage. - Knowledge of skincare, dermatological products, and cosmetic brands.
