Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Siakago at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer with incentives and commissions based on individual achievement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaison with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated and competitive product range
• Follow up with clients to maintain persistency rates at acceptable levels
• Promote the CIC Insurance brand

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA (advantageous)

• Excellent customer service skills
