Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Muranga at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based compensation package including a retainer, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure an updated and competitive product range
• Follow up on policies to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC Insurance brand

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer care skills
• Minimum age: 25 years

Desirable Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant professional insurance qualifications (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII)
• LOMA certification
