Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Maua at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer with incentives and commissions. You will be responsible for generating and developing new retail life insurance business while building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from allocated market segments
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life insurance products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain updated product knowledge
• Monitor and follow up on client policies to ensure acceptable persistency rates
• Promote and represent the CIC brand professionally

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Age 25 years and above

Professional Credentials

• Relevant professional insurance qualifications (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification (advantageous)
