## Title: Bancassurance Sales Officer – Retail Sales
About the Role
This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, along with incentives and commissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
- Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
- Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
- Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
- Gather market intelligence to ensure updated product range
- Follow up to ensure persistency rates remain at acceptable levels
- Promote the CIC brand
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course
- Bachelor's degree is desirable
- Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
- Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer care skills
- Minimum age: 25 years
