Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Lodwar at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based package including retainer, incentives, and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within established turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure updated product range
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC brand

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA (added advantage)
