Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Kitale at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure. You will be responsible for generating new retail life business and building strong relationships with clients in your allocated market.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure the product range remains current and competitive
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote the CIC brand through professional representation and client engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance – COP/ECOP
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA certification (advantageous)
