Automotive Aftersales Trade Developers- Naivasha at Sheer Logic

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to deepen aftersales operations through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales in the Naivasha region. Working closely with dealer partners, you will deliver exceptional total ownership experiences by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing vehicle uptime, driving revenue generation, and supporting business growth in the aftersales segment.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

• Attain revenue targets across part lines and revenue categories
• Drive sell-out sales (revenue and SKU expansion) across assigned dealerships
• Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
• Monitor conversion rates from the sales funnel
• Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory

Customer Support & Engagement

• Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
• Communicate new product information to customers
• Ensure adherence to CRM usage and route plans
• Provide timely escalation of customer issues to dealers

Reporting & Analysis

• Perform daily collation of target achievement
• Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
• Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
• Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans

Market Intelligence & Activation

• Monitor and report on competitor activities
• Provide customer insights through identification and suggestion of relevant parts and services
• Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations

Process Improvement

• Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures
• Recommend process improvements where applicable

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Graduate Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
• KCSE Grade C or better
• Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (advantageous)

Experience

• At least one year of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, or promotions
