## Title: Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer - Nakuru

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Your main role will be to deepen aftersales through prospecting, lead generation, customer engagement, and sales in your region. You will work closely with dealers to deliver an exceptional total ownership experience by ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing vehicle uptime, revenue generation, and supporting business growth in the aftersales segment.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Attainment

  • Achieve revenue targets per part line and overall revenue
  • Drive sell-out sales across assigned dealerships to expand revenue and SKU offerings
  • Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory
  • Monitor conversion rates from the sales funnel

Customer Support

  • Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
  • Communicate information about new products to customers
  • Ensure adherence to CRM usage and route plans
  • Provide timely escalation of customer issues to dealers

Reporting

  • Collate daily target achievement data
  • Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
  • Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
  • Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and report on competitor activities
  • Provide customer insights by identifying and suggesting parts or services that meet customer needs

Market Activation

  • Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Graduate degree or diploma/certificate in automotive or mechanical engineering
  • Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (added advantage)
  • KCSE grade C or above
  • At least one year of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, or promotions
