## Title: Automotive Aftersales Trade Developer
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Attainment
- Achieve revenue targets per part line across assigned dealerships
- Drive sell-out sales (revenue and SKU expansion) through proactive planning
- Monitor and exceed dealer revenue targets through performance tracking
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures while recommending process improvements
- Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory
- Optimize conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
Customer Support
- Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
- Communicate new product information to customers
- Maintain CRM usage and adhere to established route plans
- Escalate customer issues to dealers in a timely manner
Reporting
- Collate daily target achievement data
- Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
- Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans
Market Intelligence
- Monitor and report on competitor activities
- Provide customer insights through identification and recommendations of parts or services that meet their needs
Market Activation
- Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and activations
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Graduate Degree or Diploma/Certificate in automotive or mechanical engineering
- KCSE Grade C or above
- At least one year's experience in outdoor sales, marketing, promotions, merchandising, or brand ambassador work
- Understanding of motor vehicle parts and services (advantageous)
