An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Overview The Associate Data Analyst will support the development and execution of data-driven digital strategies that strengthen LendPlus’s online presence, improve customer acquisition, and optimize digital collections performance through analytics and strategic insights. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Process Design - Design and implement strategy flowcharts and decision trees to optimize digital collections processes. - Develop data-backed frameworks that improve operational efficiency and outcomes. Data Analysis & Reporting - Monitor digital performance using analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. - Conduct segmentation, trend analysis, performance tracking, and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making. - Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Process Optimization - Develop innovative, data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across digital operations. - Continuously test, measure, and refine strategies based on performance insights. Systems Support & Implementation - Collaborate closely with IT teams to enhance digital tools, automation workflows, and analytics systems. - Support the implementation and optimization of data-driven digital solutions. Messaging & Communication Strategy - Optimize SMS, email, and WhatsApp communication strategies using data insights to improve engagement and recovery outcomes. Collaboration & Training - Work closely with collections, digital, and IT teams to ensure seamless strategy execution. - Support knowledge-sharing and training to promote data-driven decision-making across teams. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or relevant certifications). - Minimum of 1+ year experience in data analytics, business analytics, automation, or strategy development (FinTech or financial services experience is an advantage). - Strong understanding of data modeling, data wrangling, and reporting logic. - Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar). - Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
