Assistant Professors - Entrepreneurship and Innovation

Position Overview

The Chandaria School of Business (CSOB) at United States International University - USIU Africa is seeking Assistant Professors in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. The successful candidates will report to the Dean or their designee and will be expected to teach, conduct research, and engage in service activities aimed at enhancing transformative teaching, learning, and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Entrepreneurship and Innovation
• Support and mentor students in their career endeavors
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure programs remain current and marketable
• Participate in programme development, reviews, and assessment
• Supervise students' research (projects, thesis, dissertations) at undergraduate and graduate levels
• Conduct research in your area of expertise
• Engage in service to the University, the profession, and the community
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications

• Earned PhD or DBA in Law or related field
