## Title: Assistant Incubation Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Incubation Manager to join our expanding team. You will manage existing incubation programs and develop new strategic initiatives that enhance the incubator's competitiveness, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Startup Support
- Provide day-to-day mentoring and support to startups in the portfolio
- Actively participate in Pitch Fridays and other support programs
- Advise startups across all lifecycle stages, including go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, monetization, and business development
- Set KPIs with teams and track progress closely, ensuring continual advancement in revenue, user growth, and other key metrics
- Compile monthly KPI reports for management review
- Oversee legal and compliance processes for portfolio companies
- Prepare for and participate in monthly board meetings with the management team
- Maintain ongoing contact with graduated startups and gather regular feedback
Programs Development & Management
- Constantly develop, test, and implement new programs that boost the incubator's sustainability and competitiveness
- Lead the implementation of various incubator programs
Partnerships Development
- Lead business development efforts to establish relationships across industries and sectors
- Source potential partners and sponsors for the incubator
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including venture investors, corporates, banks, telcos, foundations, government, and members of the local tech ecosystem
- Work closely with the Director to identify priorities and execute strategic initiatives
- Continually renew and maintain active partnerships
Pipeline & Exit Management
- Implement policies and procedures to attract targeted applicants, investors, and partners
- Manage the exit processes for startups completing the incubation program
