## Title: Sales Representative - Trade Execution
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales volumes across your assigned route while building strong retailer relationships and executing merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales volumes and achieve daily targets across your assigned route
- Ensure products are available, visible, and well-placed in all retail outlets including dukas, beauty shops, and pharmacies
- Build strong relationships with retailers to enhance brand loyalty and sales performance
- List and promote new product developments (NPDs), ensuring timely introduction and feedback collection
- Execute in-store merchandising, point-of-sale material (POSM) placement, and activation plans to boost visibility and sell-out
- Capture sales data, stock levels, and market insights accurately through the Sales App
- Uphold company values by ensuring compliance, ethical conduct, and responsible management of trade floats and company assets
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 2-3 years' experience in field sales, route-to-market execution, or retail distribution within the FMCG sector
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Solid understanding of retail environments and merchandising standards
- Proficiency in using Sales Apps and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity and experience working in Central and Nairobi areas
- Customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
