Assistant Director Policy Strategy and Economic Planning at Kenya Rural Roads Authority

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job specifications For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have: - - A minimum of twelve (12) years relevant work experience three (3) years of which should have been at Principal Officer or its equivalent. - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or its equivalent from a university recognized in Kenya; - Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Project Management, Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent qualification from an institution recognized in Kenya; - Membership to a relevant professional body / institution; - Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution. - Proficiency in computer applications; and - Demonstrated professional competence and ability to work performance and results.
