Person Specifications For appointment to this grade, an officer must have: - Cumulative service period of twelve (12) year’s relevant work experience three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Principal Accountant or in a comparable position; - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting or Finance option) or its equivalent from a university recognized in Kenya; - Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent qualification from an institution recognized in Kenya; - Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) or equivalent qualifications; - Registered with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) or any other equivalent professional body and in good standing; - Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution - Proficiency in Computer applications; and - Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results Check how your CV aligns with this job
