## Title: Internal Auditor

Position Overview

We are looking for an objective internal auditor to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes. The ideal candidate will possess sound procedures knowledge, strong judgment, and high integrity.

Aqua Safari Resort is located in Tema, Ghana, with operations in Big Ada.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes
Conduct systematic audits to improve operational efficiency
Provide objective recommendations for business improvement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Professional certification and membership in a recognized professional body (CIA, ACCA, ICAG, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar position

Preferred Qualifications

MBA in Accounting or Finance
Working experience in the hospitality industry
