About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive agronomist to join our field operations team. This role requires an individual who is willing to learn, energetic, and prepared to travel extensively across counties to support farmers.

As a member of the team, you will play a key role in implementing field programs, providing agronomic support, and ensuring clients and partners achieve the best results in sustainable crop production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct farm visits, crop assessments, and field demonstrations
• Provide technical guidance to farmers on best practices, soil fertility, and pest management
• Organize farmer trainings and outreach programs
• Prepare accurate and timely reports on field activities and findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related discipline
• Strong practical knowledge of crop management and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within Kenya
• Positive attitude with commitment to learning and teamwork
