An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. About the role  - We are looking for a dedicated and proactive agronomist to join our field operations team. The role requires an individual who is willing to learn, energetic and willing to travel extensively across counties to support farmers.  - As part of the team one will play a key role in implementing field programs, providing  agronomic support and ensuring clients and partners achieve the best results in sustainable  crop production.  RESPONSIBILITIES.  - Conduct farm visits, crop assessments and field demonstrations.  - Provide technical guidance to farmers on the best practices, soil fertility and pest  management.  - Organize farmer trainings and outreach programs.  - Prepare accurate and timely reports on field activities and findings.  QUALIFICATIONS.  - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Agronomy, agriculture or a related discipline.  - Strong practical knowledge on crop management and techniques.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Willingness to travel frequently within the country (Kenya)  - A positive attitude, commitment to learning and ability to work.  Check how your CV aligns with this job
