About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Agency Supervisor to join our expanding team in Eldoret. You will play a key leadership role in driving branch performance, developing talent, and achieving ambitious sales targets for our Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve set branch recruitment and manpower targets for Financial Advisors with Team Leader support, building and nurturing talent to help them grow in their sales career and income
• Meet set branch production targets through effective planning and execution
• Maintain high branch productivity through team motivation, guidance, and performance management
• Oversee weekly market planning and field accompaniment plans for the branch
• Develop and open new schemes and markets for Financial Advisors to work in
• Collaborate with the Training and Development team to ensure scheduled training sessions are attended by all team members
• Grow and develop sales unit leaders in line with company objectives
• Manage Team Leaders' performance reviews and implement measures to increase leader productivity and effectiveness
• Plan and preside over weekly team meetings
• Provide reports to management as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Age 35 and above
• Minimum university degree qualification
• Minimum 5 years' sales leadership experience in the insurance industry
• Leadership experience in insurance (desired)
