About the Role

Prudential Life Assurance Kenya is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced Agency Supervisor to lead our Eldoret branch. You will drive recruitment, team development, and sales performance while building a high-performing team of Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve set branch recruitment and manpower targets for Financial Advisors, with Team Leader support, and nurture them to grow in their sales career and income
• Meet set branch production targets through effective planning and execution
• Maintain high branch productivity through team motivation and strategic guidance
• Oversee weekly market planning and field accompaniment plans for the branch
• Develop and open new schemes and markets for Financial Advisors to work in
• Work with the Training and Development team to ensure scheduled training sessions are attended by the team
• Grow and develop sales unit leaders in line with company objectives
• Manage Team Leaders' performance reviews and institute measures to increase leader productivity and effectiveness
• Plan and preside over weekly team meetings
• Provide reports to management as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Age 35 and above
• Minimum education qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years' sales leadership experience in insurance
• Leadership experience in insurance sector desired
