Job description
An established company is recruiting for the following position.
- The Position holder will be responsible for providing administration support and acting as the first point of contact for guests, related support functions and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, correspondence, filing, and office documentation.
- Oversee renewal of permits, licenses, and office inspections.
- Maintain office supplies, utilities, facilities, and general maintenance.
- Prepare documents for internal/external communication.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary. Dispatch & Receiving Documents.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field. 3+ years' experience in office administration.
