## Title: Adjunct Faculty - Pharmaceutical Chemistry

About the Position

The Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy at United States International University – Africa seeks qualified applicants who fulfil the Kenyan Commission for University Education (CUE) and Pharmacy and Poison Board (PPB) requirements as Adjunct Faculty in Pharmaceutical Chemistry.

Key Responsibilities

Teach at the undergraduate and graduate level in pharmaceutical chemistry specialization
Support and mentor students in their career development
Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure programs remain current and marketable
Participate in program assessment and reviews
Conduct research in your area of expertise
Engage in service to the University, the profession, and the community
Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Master of Science degree in respective specialization
PhD in respective specialization (added advantage)

Professional Experience

Previous teaching experience (preferred)
Previous industry experience in natural product research (added advantage)

Required Skills

Requisite technological skills for remote teaching
