Artemis Outsourcing Limited is a professional services firm providing financial, compliance, and business support solutions to diverse clients across Kenya. We are seeking a highly competent, detail-oriented, and ethical Accountant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle statutory deductions and compliance (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, VAT, Housing Levy, etc.)
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Manage payroll processing and related reporting
• Provide financial analysis and advisory support to management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA (K) – Completed or Finalist (mandatory)
• Minimum 3–5 years' relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax laws and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
