## Title: Account Manager – Integrated Practice

About the Role

The Account Manager ensures that client satisfaction is maintained by strategically planning and providing day-to-day implementation and management of client projects. Working closely with client contacts and agency team members, you will identify the client's communications requirements and recommend, plan, budget, and implement appropriate solutions.

This role oversees and supervises public relations, creative, and digital execution programs for client accounts. It is ideal for a self-driven, strategic thinker who is energetic, creative, and insightful, with genuine enthusiasm and passion for integrated marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build quality processes and standards for agency teams
  • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, setting priorities to meet deadlines
  • Develop communication strategies and execution plans
  • Oversee editorial content writing and digital strategy development
  • Develop and manage project budgets and revenue targets
  • Mentor and manage interns and junior-level staff
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to deliver integrated marketing solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or similar field from a recognized institution
  • 7–8 years of full-time experience in public relations, account management, or client service
  • Minimum 5 years of agency experience
  • At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring interns and junior-level staff

  • Strong team player mentality
  • Budget management and revenue target experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPR or CIM certification
  • Customer Service, Marketing, or Project Management certifications
