About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Workshop / Production Manager responsible for end-to-end supervision of manufacturing operations. This role encompasses planning, execution, quality control, capacity optimization, and safety to ensure seamless production and scale-up of our manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all manufacturing operations from planning through execution
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure OEM compliance
• Optimize production capacity and operational efficiency
• Implement and enforce safety protocols across the workshop
• Ensure products meet OEM standards and customer specifications
• Support the scale-up and growth of the manufacturing line

Products

You will oversee the production of BESS systems, LV/MV switchgear, and control panels.
