Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in similar positions
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
• Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to analyze and solve operational challenges
• Experience in hospitality (added advantage)
