## Title: Webmaster I

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Webmaster I at Karatina University.

Design, develop, and maintain the university's website and content to ensure it is attractive and information is clearly understood by customers and stakeholders
Enhance maintenance and security of the organization's website through controlling, regulating, and managing access rights for different user groups
Ensure web servers, hardware, and software are operating accurately
Oversee and coordinate content management and user experience
Create and maintain a consistent website architectural structure
Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and downloads through Google Analytics
Examine and analyze site traffic to gain insight into user habits and behaviors in order to provide relevant information and meet user needs
Create and maintain a consistent look and feel across the website by promoting uniform fonts, formatting, icons, images, and layout, and creating appropriate templates to assist content authors
Find, diagnose, and fix website problems, including broken links (both internal and external)

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience from an institution of higher learning or a large commercial enterprise
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya
Any other professional qualifications will be an added advantage
