## Title: Volunteer Law Instructor at Africa Nazarene University
About the Role
Africa Nazarene University (ANU) seeks a dedicated volunteer to contribute to legal education and academic excellence in our institution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and implement high-quality curriculum in law
- Review curriculum and course outlines, and develop comprehensive course and lesson plans
- Prepare contact learning and online course materials and teaching aids
- Employ diverse teaching methods including field studies, group activities, assignments, laboratory sessions, and off-class activities to enhance student learning
- Develop learning assessment plans and evaluate student progress
- Supervise and guide undergraduate students, graduate students, internship placements, and research work
- Participate in departmental research and conduct research in specialist areas
- Publish research findings in professional journals, books, or electronic media
- Participate in grant writing and research collaborations
- Advise students on academic, career, and related issues
- Attend conferences, workshops, seminars, and industrial linkage activities as required
- Participate in departmental administrative and field operations and programs
Academic Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant field aligned with the law program, OR
- Master's degree in a relevant field with ongoing PhD studies (data collection stage)
Professional Experience
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant industry experience
