Urban Planner

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Profile: - We are seeking a skilled and innovative Urban Planner to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing sustainable urban plans, conducting spatial analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to shape vibrant, functional communities. - As an Urban Planner, you will work on diverse projects including master planning, land-use analysis, and urban design initiatives that align with regulatory frameworks and community needs. Required Qualifications: - Must have a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or related field. - Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in urban planning projects - Must be familiar with urban planning fundamentals including urban planning policies, and the legal framework - Proficiency in digital planning tools (e.g ArcGIS, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Infraworks etc) - Ability to produce quality 2D plans and 3D visualizations - Ability to handle tight deadlines and client presentations - Interest in smart city concepts, and sustainability trends
