TVET Graduate Assistant - Perioperative Theatre Technology

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY - Teach perioperative theatre technology courses using competency-based methodologies. - Train learners on theatre procedures, aseptic techniques, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety. - Prepare and administer assessments in theory and practical sessions, and administer Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs). - Supervise skills labs, simulations, and clinical attachments. - Ensure adherence to occupational safety, infection control, and theatre ethics. - Maintain teaching and assessment records. - Support continuous improvement of training programmes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - A degree in Biomedical engineering, Higher National Diploma in Perioperative Theatre Technology, Degree in Nursing or any other related health discipline. - Valid professional registration. - Relevant teaching and industry experience.
