## Title: Territory Sales Manager – Packaging and Labels

Position Overview

Our client in the Packaging and Labels industry is seeking an experienced and dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead and drive sales engagements across assigned territories. You will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team, developing market strategies, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse territory and market potential to develop strategies that maximize revenue and market share
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes consistently
  • Supervise and lead field sales teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to drive results
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term revenue growth
  • Create, manage, and optimize sales regions across multiple territories to ensure effective coverage and efficient use of sales resources
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure proper visibility and availability of products throughout the assigned territory
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market intelligence, and competitive analysis
  • Execute sales activities in a timely and professional manner across designated territories
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotional strategies, and product launches
  • Analyse sales reports and data to identify insights for improving territory performance, product offerings, and team effectiveness
  • Implement and optimize sales management systems, CRMs, and reporting tools to enhance team productivity and decision-making
  • Oversee daily operations of sales and customer service functions to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction
  • Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
